Worldsmith terms of use

These terms apply when you download or play Worldsmith: Merge Puzzle Game (“the game”), made by SYD Games (“we”, “us”). By playing, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

Using the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Please don’t copy, modify, resell, reverse-engineer or distribute the game or its content, except where the law allows it.

Purchases and virtual items

Hints, the Supporter Pack and content packs are virtual items that work only inside the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms and refund policy. One-time purchases can be restored on the same Google account through Settings › Restore purchases. Hints you have used cannot be returned.

Optional ads

Some features let you watch a video ad for a reward. Watching is always optional. Rewards depend on an ad being available and fully watched.

Content

The game includes short historical facts written for entertainment and general interest. We work to keep them accurate, but they are not a substitute for professional or academic sources.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering parts of the game. If we ever remove a paid content pack from sale, we will do our best to keep it working for people who bought it.

Ownership

The game, its art, text, music and code belong to SYD Games or its licensors. Third-party components are used under their licences.

Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies once it is published here with a new date.
